本所提供法學教育雙軌模式：招收甲組（非法律學系畢業）與乙組（法律學系畢業）學生研習科技法律。
甲組學習基礎法律，科技整合法律領域之應用，乙組研習應用法學理論與科技發展實務。
訓練學生成為社會中堅，且不自限於法律與科技知識之整合，而能透過法學教育過程，培養學生追求知識真理。

The School offers the dual-system of the juridical education and has two groups of students, A (for the students not graduating from the law-related department) and B (for the students graduating from the law-related department).
A group focuses on the basic law learning and the application of integrating technology and law. B group focuses on the applied law theory and technological development practice.
The School aims to train students to become the main force of the society and not to be limited by the integration of the knowledge of law and technology. However, through the process of juridical education, the School fosters students' interests and ability to seek for knowledge and truth.
